· Keep your workouts changed up (Constantly Varied)
· Train and Increase your strength with movements and methods that are useful in your daily life. (Functional Movement)
· Train and Build your Health through three major vehicles of exercise (Broad Modal Domains):
- Endurance/Cardio Capacity
- Gymnastic Movements like squats, pushups, situps
- Weight Training

We don’t want anyone to think “I am not in shape enough to do that” or “ I'm too old or have too much illness to do that”.

Our workouts are no joke. They are intense BUT modifiable or scalable to help YOU begin your journey to wellness and health. If you are committed and willing to participate regularly, our methods and structure will get you to your goals faster than anything else you have ever tried. We believe in your health and the power you have to improve it.
CrossFit Creed strives to foster an environment of camaraderie. We workout in groups that not only encourage you to get your own personal records (PR), but also charge you to move forward when you think you have nothing left.
Like anything worth having, your good health and fitness requires you to put forth efforts. We expect 100% everytime you show up, and we expect you to show up to achieve improved health.
At the end of the day, your health is in your hands. But we reserve the right to REFUND and REVOKE your privilege of belonging to our CREED family. If you choose to publicly complain, whine, not show up or give less than 100% effort, we will revoke this privilege and show you the door.
